Likeness PA Corporation was established in 2023 and developed with the idea that everyone deserves excellent service. The name “likeness” was taken from my late sister’s origination, Likeness Performing Arts. She strived for excellence in every service she provided, and that perspective is what drives us today. Regina S. Ragan, born August 28th a native of the city of brotherly love, Philadelphia, PA. She is the middle child of five. At the age of 10 years old Regina’s family packed up and move to Virginia. She was educated in the Richmond Public School system and is now seeking her degree in Criminal Justice. Regina is a retired Deputy Court Clerk with the Virginia Judicial System, which she served a total of 24 years.
